About You:

You’re the kind of person who loves solving problems and making people smile when their tech works like magic. You thrive in a hands-on role and bring a mix of technical know-how and a genuine passion for helping others.

  • Experience supporting IT systems, mobile devices, and workstations, with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Skilled in configuring, deploying, and maintaining hardware, plus managing stock and security.
  • Familiar with best practices for system standardisation, documentation, and deployment procedures.
  • A natural communicator who delivers prompt, reliable, and friendly support to users.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and compliance with WHS policies.
