The Role:
As a Marketing Specialist - Residential Care, you will play a key role in promoting our residential aged care services. You will develop and implement marketing strategies that highlight the unique benefits of our aged care homes and attract new residents. This role is hybrid (minimum of 2 days per week in the office) based at our Norwest Head Office and is full time for a maximum term of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for our residential aged care sites that support occupancy and waitlist targets
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the residential care team to understand their needs and promote their services effectively.
- Analyse marketing data and adjust strategies to improve results.

About You:
- Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role in aged care, preferably in residential aged care
- Ability and a keen interest in travelling interstate across our residential homes and offices
- Proven experience leading marketing campaigns end-to-end, including digital, print, and outdoor media
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience briefing and managing creative/media agencies and suppliers

- In-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into marketing activity
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple, competing projects, self-prioritise, and set goals
