About the role:

BaptistCare William Carey Court, a 99-bed aged care facility in Busselton, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. In this role, you will work closely with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team to assess individual needs and develop tailored care plans that support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

You will be responsible for providing direct clinical care, overseeing clinical and allied health services, and guiding care staff in their practice. The position also supports the Clinical Manager through evidence-based best practice, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Shift Pattern:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm

  • Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm

This position follows a Monday–Friday roster and includes working every second weekend as part of the regular schedule.

About you:

  • Registered Nurse with tertiary qualifications and current AHPRA registration.
  • Experienced in aged care assessment, service provision, and compliance with legislation and standards.
  • Knowledgeable about contemporary aged care issues, AN-ACC, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to analyse, plan, and deliver person-centred care.
  • Demonstrates empathy, respect, and a customer-focused approach to residents.
  • Able to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities and a busy workload.
