About the Role
The Sales Enablement Lead at BaptistCare is a pivotal role that drives national initiatives to enhance performance, consistency, and capability across the sales functions in Home Care, Residential Aged Care, and Retirement Living. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining frameworks, processes, and tools that support effective sales execution. It involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience (CX) teams to ensure that sales practices are efficient, consistent, and customer-focused
This is a hybrid role - with required travel.

About You
- Sales Enablement Pro: 5+ years in sales enablement, operations, or commercial performance with a track record of impactful playbooks and training programs.
- CRM and Data Guru: Expert in driving CRM adoption, ensuring data quality, and delivering actionable insights.
- Onboarding Ace: Skilled in onboarding frameworks, sales readiness programs, and cross-functional alignment.
- Analytical Whiz: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative and Organized: Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and great at stakeholder engagement.
