About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant in our Sales Hub, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers of BaptistCare Retirement Living. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers who have made an enquiry, understand their needs, and guide them through the journey of independent living with compassion and care. This role focuses on building solid relationships with future BaptistCare residents by providing industry-leading customer experiences.
Collaboration and agility are at the heart of this role. You will work closely with Sales Hub team members and various departments to ensure a seamless and supportive customer experience. By partnering with marketing, operations, and customer engagement teams, you will help create a cohesive strategy that aligns with our values and enhances the customer journey.

About You:
You are an experienced consultant looking toward the future and engaging with opportunities that can potentially allow you leadership opportunities. You are a strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve common goals. You understand how to use dashboards and data to tell the story and consider yourself as flexible, working with agility. Your strong time management skills will be essential as you balance multiple tasks and competing priorities.
To be considered you will have
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in an outbound customer service or sales role/call-based environment.
• Strong computer skills, with experience in CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and caring disposition.
• Requires adaptability and comfort with change and ambiguity—no two days are the same, making flexibility essential.
• Knowledge of the retirement living industry, including the Retirement Living Act and Regulations desirable.
• A relevant tertiary qualification desirable.
• A genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s vision, purpose and values.
