Manage logistics like registrations, travel, accommodation, venue setup, catering and supplier bookings with precision and flair.

Assist with on site delivery, traveling (locally and interstate) as needed to make sure everything runs smoothly before, during, and after the event.
This role is part time (3 or 4 days a week), maximum term for 12 months and involves local and interstate travel to attend and support events. The successful incumbent will be required to be flexible with working hours as some events are scheduled after hours.
