About the Role:
As the Senior Caseworker, you will provide specialised, trauma-informed casework support to our clients impacted by domestic and family violence. Through therapeutic case planning, group work, advocacy, information and referrals, you will walk alongside clients to promote safety, healing and recovery. Working as part of the HopeStreet team, you will help create a safe and supportive environment where women and children feel heard, empowered and supported to move toward positive change.

About You:
You bring strong casework experience, a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, and the ability to build trust and connection with people facing complex challenges. You’re confident working both independently and as part of a supportive team, and you’re committed to creating safe, respectful spaces where people feel heard, supported and empowered.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work or other relevant fields (Diploma minimum)
- Demonstrated experience of a minimum of three years in casework, case management or client support and/or assessment
- Experience in delivering group work or training
Essential Competencies
- Demonstrated experience in casework and/or assessment of marginalised people
- Willingness and ability to supervise students and interns; setting tasks and activities, providing guidance and program related supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals and/or families from diverse cultural and language backgrounds
