About the Role:

BaptistCare is seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our well-appointed 99-bed facility, Gracehaven, in Rockingham.

With a strong focus on person-centred care, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate services that meet and exceed both regulatory and community expectations.

This is a key leadership role where you will:

• Lead all aspects of care and support services
• Provide values-based leadership to a multidisciplinary team
• Build strong, trusted relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
• Oversee clinical governance, compliance, financial performance, and strategic planning

You will play a vital role in creating an environment where residents feel supported, respected, and able to live meaningful lives.

We are looking for a seasoned leader with extensive aged care experience, exceptional people management skills, and a strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation. Your ability to mentor and inspire, combined with your commitment to person-centred care, will be key to your success.

About You:

• Hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field with extensive experience managing dynamic, complex services
• Proven track record in leading high-performing teams with exceptional contemporary leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, regulatory compliance, Aged Care Quality Standards, and AN-ACC funding
• Advanced clinical skills, financial acumen, and understanding of modern HR practices
