About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Minnamurra team in a permanent part‑time capacity. In this role, you’ll deliver high‑quality, person‑centred clinical care that supports residents to live well with dignity and purpose. You’ll build meaningful relationships, respond to changing care needs, and guide your care team with confidence and compassion.
This position includes a Saturday PM shift where you will be the most senior clinician on site, making it well suited to an RN with sound clinical experience and confidence in decision‑making. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership‑focused weekend role.

About You
You’re a compassionate, resident‑focused Registered Nurse who thrives in a team environment and leads with integrity. You bring strong clinical judgement, confidence in managing care needs, and the ability to support others.
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Sound clinical experience, ideally with at least two years’ practice as an RN, enabling you to feel confident as the senior clinician during weekend shifts

Experience supervising or supporting care teams

Strong communication skills and a warm, person‑centred approach

Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards

Ability to prioritise, stay organised and work within your scope
