About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and values-driven Residential Manager to lead our Minnamurra Centre in Drummoyne and drive excellence across resident care, team leadership, quality outcomes and operational performance. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to shape the future of a well-established residential aged care home while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents, families and employees every day.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As Residential Manager, you will lead all aspects of the home's performance, creating an environment where residents experience dignity, choice, independence and belonging. You will inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams, drive outstanding clinical, quality and compliance outcomes, optimise occupancy and financial performance, and build trusted relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders. Working at the forefront of aged care reform, you will champion continuous improvement, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and ensure the home consistently delivers exceptional care and service excellence.

About You

You've successfully led a medium to large residential aged care home and are recognised for your ability to inspire teams, improve performance and create exceptional resident experiences. You’ll also bring:

  • A degree qualification in Nursing or Allied Health
  • A minimum 5 years' clinical leadership experience
  • A minimum 5 years' operational leadership experience within aged care or healthcare
  • Demonstrated success leading large multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards and clinical governance
  • Sound financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and AN-ACC funding
  • Experience leading change, improving quality outcomes and driving organisational performance
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred care and values-based leadership.
