We are seeking an organised, proactive and collaborative Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in this landmark program. Working at the heart of the ERP team, you will help coordinate activities, maintain governance processes, track key actions and keep stakeholders connected and informed.

About the Opportunity 

You will work closely with Project Managers, subject matter experts, business leaders and implementation partners to ensure the program operates effectively and maintains momentum. You will coordinate key governance activities, manage critical project documentation and reporting, and support stakeholders across multiple workstreams.  

Key responsibilities include  

  • Adhering to BaptistCare TMO and PMO governance frameworks, standards and reporting requirements, ensuring consistency, compliance and disciplined delivery across program activities and milestones.   

  • Coordinating governance forums, steering committees and program meetings 

  • Preparing agendas, recording minutes and tracking actions to completion 

  • Maintaining project documentation, registers and artefacts 

  • Supporting program reporting, dashboards and status updates 

  • Managing RAID logs and governance processes 

  • Supporting collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups 

  • Contributing to project management excellence and continuous improvement across the program.

About You: 

You are someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys bringing order, structure and clarity to complex programs. 

You will bring: 

  • Experience in project coordination, administration or PMO support 

  • Strong organisational and documentation skills 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities 

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities 

  • Strong Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint skills 

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach 

  • Experience supporting ERP, technology or transformation programs will be highly regarded
