About the role:
The University of Canberra is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Educational Quality Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Working closely with Educational Designers and academic staff, this role supports the development, review, and improvement of courses, ensuring compliance with policy, governance, and quality assurance standards.
Key responsibilities:
As the Educational Quality Coordinator , you will:
Collaborate across faculties and disciplines to design and implement effective course approval processes.
Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and resources throughout the course lifecycle.
Provide expert advice on policy, compliance, and quality assurance
Support internal governance workflows
Monitor course quality metrics and risks, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Design and deliver resources that support academic quality assurance and curriculum design.
Ensure accurate record-keeping through curriculum management systems.
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A solid understanding of the higher education policy and legislative environment (desirable).
A proactive and flexible approach to working across multiple projects and teams within a fast-paced environment.
