• Customer handling
• Supplier’s management – commercial discussions and securing inventory and service confirmations.
• The ideal candidate would have extensive experience of delivering group executions.
• You will have an incredible attention to detail, be confident to lead events on your own and be a wizard on organizing anything and everything that the client will demand.
• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans.
• Work with 3rd parties including vendors, trip planners, event organizers, etc…
• Provide proper documentation to the clients.
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during trips.
• Point of contact for clients before, during, and after day of event

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 to 12 years demonstrated experience in project management within the MICE industry - Essential.
• Proven track record in effective team leader and experience in training and mentoring team members.
• Experience in leading an operational team.
• A knowledge of all major suppliers and relevant MICE products and destinations
• Knowledge of project management processes, standards, and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Handle as team of Domestic operations and contracting.  
• Ensure best available market rates for domestic MICE transactions.
• Ensure smooth execution of Domestic MICE.
• Be responsible for increasing the GOP.
• Working closely with team members and ensure team productivity.
• Prepare MIS report as and when required.
