Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the planning and execution of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) projects, ensuring that all events meet client objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure the best rates and services for clients, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the department.
- Escalation Handling: Address and resolve escalations or conflicts that arise during project execution, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in MICE services.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in MICE management or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing MICE events at an international level.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
