We are looking for an experienced Productivity and Collaboration (P&C) Product Manager who is metrics-driven and goals-oriented to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment to work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

You'll be part of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), our global technology team and be responsible for P&C services including: Management of the Microsoft 365 Suite, Meeting Room Technology, Identity and Access Management (e.g. Active Directory and Okta) and other collaboration tools.

Day in the life:

 

  • Defining and executing the product strategy
  • Identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to develop a product that meets the needs of the target market and differentiates the product from competitors
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and sales to develop and launch the product
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product to create a go-to market plan and identify the best channels to reach the target customers
  • Track key metrics aligned to the overall business objectives, such as revenue, customer acquisition and retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements and update

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

 

  • 5+ years professional experience in a Product Management role
  • 5+ years in Productivity and Collaboration
  • 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen, able to understand the market, competition, and financials to drive product success
  • Strong analytical skills, use data and metrics to make informed product decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to all stakeholders, including engineers, designers, marketers, and executives
  • A deep understanding of the customer and their needs to create a product that meets those needs
  • Able to think strategically about the product, anticipating potential issues and planning ahead to ensure that the product is successful
  • Experience creating experiments, including running A/B tests and gathering customer feedback through surveys and interviews to validate whether changes are likely to drive loyalty and retention

 

Office hours:  Standard - however may require outside of hours, due to Global nature of the role
