As the Vulnerability Management Coordinator within our global technology team, Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), you will be responsible for coordinating the remediation of security vulnerabilities across our organisation.

Day in the life:
Remediation Coordination:
- Oversee the delivery of vulnerability management services, focusing on the coordination and tracking of remediation efforts to ensure
vulnerabilities are remediated in a timely manner, and addressing any roadblocks
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of services meets their expectations
Incident Response:
- Assist in coordinating the response to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant stakeholders
Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of vulnerability remediation activities, including metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness of vulnerability remediation efforts
Compliance:
- Ensure all vulnerability management activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies
- Ensure systems, solutions, and policies are thoroughly maintained and documented
- Work with vendors to resolve incidents and requests when appropriate
- Plan, schedules and monitors work to meet time and quality targets
- Understand and implements security standards as defined by the FCTG Security team
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- 2 Years Service Delivery experience in an information technology and/or security environment
- Experience in project coordination or project management
- Experience with security practices and vulnerability management
- Availability - standard office hours, however, may require outside of hours due to Global nature
