The Process Excellence (PEX) Analyst will play a key role in assisting the PEX Leader with the analysis and implementation of process improvements aimed at support to leader to driving efficiency, cost savings, and operational excellence. This role focuses on providing support in optimising business processes through data analysis, project coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and streamline workflows.
Day to day...
- Process Analysis & Improvement:
- Work with the PEX community including SMEs in the respective area to analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in proposing solutions to optimise workflows.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and interpret data to support process improvement initiatives.
- Help create insights that lead to recommendations for better efficiency.
- Project Support: Participate in process improvement projects from initiation through implementation.
- Assist in managing project timelines and tracking outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure process improvement initiatives are aligned with organisational needs.
- Change Management: Assist with the implementation of new processes and tools.
- Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful adoption of changes.
- Performance Tracking: Help develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of process changes and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Lean and Six Sigma Support:
- Learn and apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to eliminate waste and increase efficiency in business processes.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining detailed process documentation, such as process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or similar roles
- Six Sigma (Yellow belt)
- Business process management tool
- Continuous improvement methodologies
