About the role. Mō te Tūranga

  • Manage and oversee the FCTG fulfilment system including deal management, testing, deployment, and automation requirements. Articulate the business impact of any system changes and ensure consistency in delivery.
  • Manage and oversee the FCNZ day-to-day content. Collaborate with GTC BIMs to deploy content process and systems in NZ. Ensure integration with FCNZ requirements.
  • Manage the FCNZ Prohub, Commission portal and knowledge articles (KBs). Provide expertise to upskill Ticket Centre Support and Offshore teams to improve consultant support and training.
  • Lead the onboarding process for external clients, ensuring smooth integration with TC systems and fulfillment platforms.
  • Oversee the management of GDS. Maintain a detailed understanding of GDS configuration and ensure business impacts of any changes are communicated and managed effectively.

About you. mo koe

  • Multi GDS system experience is essential. Ideally fare expert, agency private fare and agency retailer (Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo)
  • Proven strong communication skills 
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills - able to analyse technical issues and come up with work arounds or 'fixes'
  • High attention detail
