We are seeking an accomplished, strategic leader to oversee the performance and growth of our My Holiday brand. This pivotal role requires a visionary mindset, exceptional business acumen, and a proven track record in driving revenue and profitability.

 

 

Your Responsibilities… 📈

  • Division Leadership: Oversee the performance of MH with a focus on top-line sales, employee engagement, service excellence, and adherence to company policies
  • Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop and implement budgetary plans and a 3-year business strategy to drive MH’s continued growth
  • Procurement & Product Strategy: Lead the procurement function, delivering a diverse product range to support brand growth. Build and maintain robust supplier relationships to benefit collective brands
  • Negotiation & Partnerships: Negotiate competitive agreements with key partners, including hotels, resorts, tour operators, and airlines
  • Marketing & Advertising Management: Optimize advertising budgets to maximize revenue growth and customer engagement
