Key Responsibilities:

Instruction

Develop and deliver inclusive, student-centered instruction that meets the diverse needs of CWI’s community college population.

Continuously improve curriculum, content delivery, assessment strategies, and responsiveness to student feedback and learning outcomes.

Establish and maintain a record of instructional excellence through innovation, engagement, and effective teaching practices.

Contribute to curriculum development and revision at both the course and program levels.

Institutional Engagement

Actively participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives, planning, and assessment efforts.

Build meaningful relationships across the institution to support student success and familiarize oneself with CWI’s systems and resources.

Engage in service activities that enhance student experience and contribute to the college community.

Professional Development

Collaborate with leadership to align personal expertise and interests with departmental goals and institutional priorities.

Pursue professional growth opportunities that improve instructional effectiveness, student achievement, and overall program success.

What We Are Looking For:

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• At least one year of post-secondary teaching experience in the field of study.
• Commitment to student advising, professional growth, and community college education.
• Proficiency in instructional technology and standard software applications.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in various teaching methodologies.
• Experience with online course delivery and institutional service preferred.
