Position Summary:

The part-time Entrepreneur Lab Engagement Representative supports the Entrepreneur Lab by promoting program offerings and fostering engagement across campus. This role is focused on connecting with students, faculty, and community members to build awareness and participation in entrepreneurship-related events and resources. The Representative will play a key role in creating visibility for the Lab through active outreach, event presence, and promotional collaboration.

This is a part-time, non-benefited position limited to fewer than 20 hours per week.

Essential Functions:

• Visit classrooms to share information about Entrepreneur Lab programs, events, and resources.
• Set up and host outreach booths across campus to raise awareness and attract student interest.
• Collaborate with Entrepreneur Lab staff to develop and implement promotional and engagement strategies.
• Serve as a visible representative of the Lab at campus and community events.
• Support the planning and execution of Entrepreneur Lab events to ensure strong attendance and engagement.
• Create outreach materials such as flyers, tabling content, and basic social media content to support marketing efforts.
• Collect feedback and engagement data to help inform future outreach strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; current enrollment or recent experience in a college setting preferred.
• Previous experience in outreach, marketing, or event coordination is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage diverse student populations in a professional and approachable manner.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a flexible, self-directed environment.
Work Environment & Schedule:
• This is a part-time, non-benefited position limited to fewer than 20 hours per week.
• Work is primarily performed on campus, including in classrooms, common areas, and event spaces.
• Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required depending on event schedules.

 

Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
