Job Summary |
The Director of Business Development will lead industry engagement and strategic partnerships for the Center for Smart Convergent Manufacturing Systems (CSCMS), a New York State Center for Advanced Technology (CAT). Serving as the lead strategic and operational advisor to the Center Director and Associate Director, this role oversees business development, outreach and marketing, and external relations. The individual will develop leads and cultivate relationships with manufacturers and other resources, negotiate and secure collaborative R&D projects, and expand the Center’s impact across New York State and beyond. |

Starting Salary/Rate |
Expected hiring range: $100,000 - $110,000 Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting. |
