The Opportunity

The Workforce Optimisation team have a great opportunity for an Analyst to join their team, playing an integral role in delivering all aspects of multi-site and multi-channel workforce management initiatives toward the optimisation of Member Experience.

With a focus on member experience and performance, the role is responsible for ensuring continuity of service across a range of business units within Member Experience, including the Member Contact Centre, Branch Network & Production and Operations, through forecasting, workforce planning, reporting and performance monitoring on workforce demands and trends, using the tools available and within the framework and methodology.

The role will support the optimisation of key performance metrics and is responsible for working within the group of Analysts to jointly execute implementation of operational efficiencies across the business, ensuring the right person with the right skills is at the right place & time to be there for our members in moments that matter.

About You

Key to the success of this role is experience in effective workforce optimisation teams producing optimisation and automation of workforce planning systems. A strong working knowledge of contact centres and/or retail fundamentals, back-office processing, forecasting and scheduling principles, as well as optimisation of technology is considered essential and fundamental to this role.

You will need to have a strong ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders along with the ability to quickly respond to and/or escalate to key triggers impacting current performance. You will also have proven experience in insightful reporting and analysing complex, high volume data with excellent attention to detail.
