Contract Opportunity till End of May 2025 (Part-time - 0.4 OR 0.6 FTE)
As the Delivery Lead, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging digital experience for HBF's Run for a Reason event. You will lead the digital strategy and execution for all touchpoints, including the HBF Run for a Reason website, registration, and fundraising platforms. Your work will have a direct impact on participant engagement, volunteer involvement, and fundraising outcomes, helping to make this iconic event a success.
You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the Marketing, Events, and Content teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals while leveraging data insights to optimise the digital journey for participants and volunteers. Your ability to manage platform providers and maintain governance, alongside a strong focus on risk management, will ensure the smooth delivery of digital initiatives.
About the role
- Develop and deliver the digital strategy for HBF Run for a Reason, collaborating with stream leads across Marketing, Events, and Communications
- Create an integrated communications plan for participants and volunteers, focusing on engagement and registration
- Lead platform governance, ensuring compliance with risk, cyber security, procurement, and privacy policies
- Manage relationships with external platform providers and oversee contract performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with overall event goals
- Drive continuous improvement in digital platforms, based on data-driven insights and best practices
Previous experience
- Leadership and management experience in a digital context (8+ years)
- Experience leading teams on digital design, digital development, and content creation
- Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and emerging trends
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Experience in project management, with a focus on digital platforms
