You will join see-u/HBF as a Member Experience Consultant representing our product in the moments that matter to our members for a 12 month secondment. We're a team that puts our members first; we are dedicated to enhancing lives through innovative solutions and exceptional service.
As a Member Experience Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our mission, turning everyday interactions into extraordinary moments. This role operates in a fast-paced contact centre environment as the first point of contact for Member queries through channels such as phone, email or online.
You will be the front line of our organisation, providing exceptional service and support to our valued Members. Your main responsibility will be to ensure our members receive the best possible experience, addressing their needs with empathy, efficiency, and expertise.
