We’re looking for a forward-thinking General Manager – Technology Architecture & Innovation who is excited by emerging tech and driving innovation to help shape HBF’s digital future.

As the Tech Architecture & Innovation GM, you’ll lead HBF’s enterprise architecture strategy, including overseeing how we use data, platforms, and emerging technologies to better support our business and our members. You’ll work across teams to ensure our technology is not only scalable and secure, but future ready.


What your week might look like

• Shaping the long-term technology strategy and architecture roadmap for HBF
• Leading our AI and emerging tech strategy — spotting the trends that will make a difference and steering smart, ethical use
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide tech solutions that are robust, scalable and aligned to our business goals
• Championing technology led innovation, exploring new ways of doing things better and faster, including process optimisation and simplification
• Managing budgets, making smart investments, and helping HBF get the best value from tech
• Engaging with key stakeholders — from internal leadership and regulators to our board and partners

About you

You are a seasoned leader with influence, inspiring and building high-performing teams while managing risk, budget, and delivery with confidence.

You know how to turn vision into execution, from tech teams to executive leaders you share your expertise in enterprise architecture, business analysis, process optimisation and emerging technologies at all levels.

You are commercially minded and performance-driven with a strong understanding of compliance, risk, and resilience (including BCP and disaster recovery).
