This is an exciting 6-month opportunity an experienced BA to move into a Senior Business Analyst role supporting enabling technology and divisional initiatives. You will influence technology delivery within the change engine, focusing predominantly on broader technical and divisional led initiatives outside of HBF tribes and squads.

What you'll do

• Work collaboratively with the project team to analyse data points to support service improvements and validate design concepts
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand current pain points and future business aspirations
• Capture business requirements in the form of User Stories and acceptance criteria that adhere to HBF standards within agreed timeframes
• Work with technical team members to communicate requirements, support solution design, defect identification and analysis
• Document future state business processes

Proven experience as a Business Analyst as well as;

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated experience analysing and documenting requirements and business processes
• Collaborative mindset with a delivery focus 
• Jira and Confluence skills
