As the Acquisitions Team Leader, you’ll be part of our see-u brand ensuring that a consistent and high standard of professional service and support is provided to Members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team to deliver exceptional levels of service for our Members and organisational sales and growth targets
  • Achieving productivity and efficiency through effective team leadership
  • Coaching and mentoring a team to create high performing, culturally aligned and motivated employees
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

This role is being offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave, with the possibility of extension to 18 months.

About You 
We are looking for someone who has a strong sales and customer service background, and who is motivated by providing a positive customer experience and exceeding targets.

You will ideally be a natural problem solver, and you will champion a continuous improvement mindset. You will also have strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to partner with different stakeholders across the organisation and externally.
