As a Digital Lead in our Digital Self Service team, you will work with the Product Owner to define the product vision and prioritise features to ensure we deliver value to our HBF members and align with business goals.

You will lead agile squads, manage stakeholder expectations, and oversee delivery readiness including compliance, support models, and technical standards.

As a Digital Lead, you’ll:

  • Bring your digital expertise to help guide and lead the squad to stay on track inline with project outcomes
  • Help shape roadmaps, features, and solutions that directly impact our members’ experiences
  • Lead streams of work within the squad and collaborate with stakeholders across HBF
  • Be the voice of our members — Deliver meaningful experiences that support both member needs and business growth

You’re someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and enjoys turning complex challenges into smart, digital-first solutions. You’re comfortable leading workstreams, influencing outcomes without direct authority, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. At your core, you believe that great member experiences begin with thoughtful digital design.

You value working in a supportive, agile environment that embraces new ways of working, and you’re excited by the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across Digital, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Design, and more.
