As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of some of the most important work happening at HBF right now—delivering large-scale cyber security and compliance projects that help protect our members, our data, and our future.
You’ll lead initiatives that cut across teams, systems, and regulations. Whether it’s rolling out programs to meet CPS 230/234 requirements, strengthening our risk posture, or supporting major compliance audits, you’ll be the one keeping everything running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with cyber specialists, internal teams, vendors, and senior leaders to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex technical programs in an agile environment. You’ll also make sure we’re on track it comes to governance, security standards, and delivering real business value.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead project planning, delivery, change management, and communications to support successful adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.
- Foster collaboration across technology, cyber, risk, privacy, governance, and executive stakeholders while working in an agile environment.
- Deliver end-to-end management of complex cyber security, compliance, and regulatory projects (e.g., CPS 230/234, PCI DSS).
- Integrate cyber security risk frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory standards into every phase of the project life cycle.
Your Experience
You are experienced in managing projects and confident in leading a project team in an agile environment, bringing your exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Your deep understanding of risk management, cyber resilience, and IT governance in a regulated environment and proven track record managing large-scale cyber security and compliance programs will set you up for success in this role.
You have strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities, familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery frameworks is a plus.
