Are you ready to help shape the future of HR systems at HBF? As our new Workday System Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling the People, Culture & Communication (P&CA) function to deliver a seamless, data-driven, and high-integrity employee experience.
About the role
This is a unique opportunity to grow as a system expert while translating complex business needs into functional Workday solutions that support performance and remuneration, talent management, learning and development, and organisational culture.
You’ll contribute to strategic decision-making through data insights, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen system controls and risk management – all while helping to build and evolve a brand-new platform from the ground up.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions while proving training and support.
- Document solutions, prototype changes, and provide support in troubleshooting issues.
- Continuously develop understanding of processes and functionality across the platform.
- Support the team by providing Workday dashboards and data to provide organisational insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all Workday configurations, role types and processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with Workday system changes.
Your Experience
- Certificate-level qualification with relevant work experience or demonstrated skills in a related field with strong business analysis and communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience configuring HR systems to business requirement with a background in HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve varied and non-routine issues and experience engaging with internal business managers and external vendors.
