As the Head of Health & Lifecycle Marketing, you'll lead one of HBF’s critical marketing portfolios, driving the strategic development and delivery of integrated, data-informed lifecycle and engagement marketing initiatives that champion member health, loyalty, and lifetime value.

You’ll be at the forefront of enhancing HBF’s health proposition, building brand equity, showcasing our evolving health services, and fostering long-term member relationships through exceptional experiences across their health journey.

This role will also see you leading a cross-functional, high-performing team and marketing chapter empowering team members to become brand advocates, innovators, and creators of real impact.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and execution of HBF’s lifecycle marketing strategy from acquisition through retention and re-engagement.
  • Champion member health engagement through dynamic campaigns, partnerships, and education initiatives.
  • Drive content and social media strategies that inspire action and align with our health-focused mission.
  • Build and scale chapter-based marketing capability using agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Develop and manage budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Represent HBF as a trusted marketing leader both internally and externally, fostering strong agency partnerships and interdepartmental collaboration.


About You
You’re a strategic thinker who is driven by the big picture and know how to roll up your sleeves and make things happen. Your previous marketing roles involved leading teams, you are someone who brings out the best in others, believes in continuous learning, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

You know how to create meaningful customer journeys, not just campaigns and are passionate about delivering great experiences across the entire lifecycle. You have led content, social, product launches, always with the customer front and center.

You’re confident working in complex, regulated environments (like insurance or finance), and you’re just as comfortable in a boardroom as you are brainstorming with your team or collaborating with agency partners.
