Essential Job Functions: 1. Conduct the assign course in a professional manner.
2. Communicate with students and supervisor in a professional and timely manner.
3. Report all grades, progress reports, etc. in a timely manner and in the format required by the university.
4. Communicate with students the outcomes of their assessments and final grades.
5. Provide copies of student work and grades to the supervisor when requested
Marginal Job Functions:  
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Advanced degree (master's degree or beyond) in the discipline (biology).
Job Requirements:  
Required Certifications/Licensures:  
Required Education: Master's Degree
Major (if required): Biology, geology, or other applicable environmental science.
Required Experience: Knowledge of the subject of biology, geology, or other applicable environmental science.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience conducting classes in the field of marine and environmental sciences.
