As our Nursing Lab Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting student success through high-quality, hands-on learning experiences. Under the direction of nursing faculty and the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you'll ensure that our simulation and skills labs are fully equipped, operational, and student-ready.

We’re seeking someone who brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of nursing practice. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a problem-solver with a collaborative mindset, able to manage lab logistics, support faculty instruction, and guide students in skill development. You should feel confident managing clinical equipment, coordinating simulation activities, maintaining detailed records, and troubleshooting issues related to lab tech and supplies.

Strong candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable using simulation software and electronic medical record platforms, and experienced in clinical nursing. The ability to communicate clearly with both students and faculty is essential. A flexible, team-first attitude and a passion for student learning are key.

Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree in Nursing and a minimum of two years full-time equivalent related experience in health care practice setting is required. Ability to obtain an Idaho or multi-state registered nursing license within 6 months of hire.

Starting pay range: $53,364 - $64,037
