North Idaho College is seeking a dedicated Associate Dean of Nursing to lead our Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) and Practical Nursing (PN) programs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our nursing students, maintaining full program accreditation, and fostering a high-quality learning environment. The Associate Dean provides leadership in curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and program assessment while working closely with institutional and healthcare partners to align our programs with industry standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with experience in education administration, accreditation processes, and regulatory compliance. The Associate Dean must be adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities, and be committed to student success.

Minimum Qualifications
Master of Science degree in Nursing and five years of full-time equivalent related experience required. Evidence of experience in education (higher education or staff development), supervision, or practice sufficient to administer the program required.

A valid Idaho or Washington multistate Nursing License (or eligibility to obtain one) is required.

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Starting pay range: $86,811 - $104,173
