Role Overview:

 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Service Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team who are committed to providing care to meet our residents needs and expectations. Your leadership will foster team development, support a continuous service improvement mindset and create a focus on each resident as an individual. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Client Services Management: Oversee and adapt client services to meet changing needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Team Development: Enhance team performance to ensure service growth and viability.
  • Sector Awareness: Incorporate changes within the sector and community into our business strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Pursue service excellence in line with Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

What We Need You to Bring:

 

  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience: Ideally in aged or community care; however, substantial experience in Social Services, Management, or Human Services is also welcomed.
  • People Skills: Ability to build and nurture relationships with the team, residents and families and external partnerships.
  • Financial Management: Proven track record in operational strategies and financial management including comprehensive knowledge of AN-ACC system.
  • Change Management: Ability to guide teams confidently through change and uncertainty, leading with the “why” at the heart of decisions.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Strong grasp of Work Health and Safety principles.
