We contribute to the work and mission of the Uniting Church in NSW and the ACT through social justice advocacy, community services and spiritual care. About the opportunity:

At Uniting, we believe in the power of family. Our Family Preservation (FP) program is designed to give families the support they need to stay together, thrive, and overcome challenges. As part of this team, you’ll play a crucial role in helping families at high risk of separation or those working towards reunification.

We provide essential services to promote parenting skills, strengthen family bonds, and support child development. Together, we help children and young people heal from trauma and create a brighter future.

Your Impact: In this role, you’ll assist our casework team by providing hands-on support to families, helping them navigate through difficult times and stay together. You'll be an advocate for children, young people, and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

About You:

  • Comfortable with technology and flexible to work across seven days, including after hours.
  • You’re dedicated to continuous learning and improvement, always seeking ways to grow.
