Your Role: Empower Families & Build Stronger Communities

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Caseworker to support children, youth, and families in Southwest Sydney through early intervention programs. Your work will directly impact the lives of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and non-Aboriginal families, helping to create safer environments, stronger connections, and better futures for children.

You will:

  • Provide tailored casework and case management to families in need
  • Conduct risk assessments and home visits to ensure family safety
  • Facilitate parenting programs that encourage positive change
  • Support children and young people in overcoming challenges

About You

You are a dedicated and proactive professional, passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and children. You’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
  • A solid understanding of issues such as child protection, domestic violence, and mental health
  • A valid Driver’s Licence and NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
