Buggles Beeliar Centre is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday), commencing on the 6th of October 2025.

At Buggles Beeliar, we’re proud to be a trusted early learning hub for families in Beeliar, Yangebup, and Success. Our centre offers high-quality long daycare and an enriching kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with extended hours from 6:30am to 6:30pm to support busy family schedules.

Our vibrant, nature-inspired outdoor play areas spark curiosity and imagination — featuring a bike track, climbing forts, a construction sandpit, a gated vegetable garden, a picnic table, and a shaded gazebo. Inside, our five purposefully designed rooms cater to different age groups, providing engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments filled with natural resources and meaningful experiences.

With the capacity to welcome up to 99 children, Buggles Beeliar is a place where little learners feel safe, supported, and inspired every day.

About You

  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or you're currently studying)
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • A current Working with Children Check 
  • First Aid certificate
