About the Role

Join our dynamic team to drive strategic financial performance across the department. As Manager, Strategic Finance & Analytics, you’ll provide expert financial advice, build robust data models, and support high-impact strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Director of Finance & Strategy to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Delivering data-led financial modelling and expert analysis for key initiatives.
  • Leading process improvement and strengthening financial systems and reporting controls.
  • Developing and maintaining advanced financial models and forecasting tools.
  • Providing strategic financial advice on branch assets and complex business plans.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking finance professional with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving business strategy through data and insight.

You will have expertise in management accounting, financial practices, systems, controls, and modelling, with excellent analytical and technical skills to interpret data and assess its integrity. You will be adept at building strong relationships with senior leadership and providing financial coaching to enhance overall organisational efficiency.
