About the role

As a Project Manager with NSW Public Works, you'll lead the charge in planning and executing a variety of exciting regional infrastructure projects. You'll coordinate input from diverse stakeholders, develop detailed project plans, and engage in bid proposals to enhance business performance.

About you

Your ability to identify process improvements and foster team growth will be key to enhancing our business performance. With a strong background in planning, evaluating, and delivering complex infrastructure projects, you bring valuable expertise.

You hold a degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building, Construction, or a related field, or possess equivalent knowledge and experience, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Your understanding of current Work Health and Safety legislation is well-developed.

A valid NSW Driver Licence and the willingness to travel to remote locations, including overnight stays, are essential.

Key Challenges

You will navigate strict time, cost, and quality parameters while managing multiple projects and delivering components. Identifying and managing project delivery risks, including safety and environmental concerns, will be crucial, as you influence stakeholders to implement effective risk strategies.
