Hunter Local Land Services (LLS) is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Senior Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service Team  . In this vital frontline role, you'll support landholders and stakeholders by providing tailored advice, guidance, and information about LLS programs and services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Customer Service team to deliver efficient, high-quality service in a dynamic environment.
  • Supporting the Travelling Stock Reserve Team.
  • Helping landholders and stakeholders navigate services across areas such as biosecurity, animal and plant health, natural resource management and more.
  • Complaint resolution and actively promoting and engaging with continuous improvement in customer service delivery.
  • Assist with development of guides and procedures.
  • Building partnerships with internal teams and external clients, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Information Management Administration
  • Responding during biosecurity emergencies as required.

*To be considered for an ongoing appointment applicants must be ongoing at either an equivalent or higher grade than this advertised vacancy (LLS Grade 3 or Clerk 5 1/2) OR on a current and valid talent pool at this grade or higher. Alternatively, if you do not meet the requirement for an ongoing appointment, you may only be considered for a temporary appointment of up to 12 months.
