  • Location: Willing to consider candidates across all NSW locations. Preference will be given to candidates based regionally, with a focus on Queanbeyan, Armidale, Dubbo and Coffs Harbour
  • Clerk Grade 11/12 – Salary starting from $149,739 + super and leave loading

About the Role
The Manager Programs leads the coordination and delivery of programs, providing strategic and program management oversight and support. In addition to focused workforce programs, this role oversees the delivery of The Welcome Experience and the Make the Move advertising and marketing campaign by the EWAP Team.

About You 

Our Manager Programs will be a productive and supportive team player with knowledge or experience in leading NSW Government program delivery. You will have a strong background in positive people leadership and experience in managing technical experts, experience in stakeholder engagement and marketing would be beneficial, but not essential. 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in leading end-to-end program delivery, including governance, risk management, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing program strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Skills in managing funding administration and allocation for peak bodies, industry groups, and business chambers.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships with industry, government, and community stakeholders to co-design and deliver impactful programs.
  • Understanding of government advisory processes, with the ability to provide expert advice to senior executives and Ministers.
  • Demonstrated capability in preparing high-quality briefings, reports, and ministerial correspondence for state and national audiences.
