NSW Resources is seeking a strategic and motivated individual to step into the role of Senior Project Officer – Integrity, Governance & Risk.

About the Role:

This role offers the opportunity to provide expert advice, tools, and support to embed best-practice integrity, governance, and risk management across NSW Resources. You will lead projects, deliver high-quality reporting, and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance, accountability, and operational resilience.

As a trusted advisor, you will:

  • Provide expert guidance and tools to support robust risk and governance frameworks.
  • Lead and manage projects that enhance organisational integrity and compliance.
  • Deliver high-quality reporting, analysis, and strategic advice to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

You’ll also contribute to broader Governance & Programs and Business Operations & Programs initiatives, supporting a range of projects as needed.

  • Has solid experience in governance, risk, or integrity roles within government or complex environments.

  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting with competing priorities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
