  • Departmental Officer Grade 9/10 – Salary from $129,464 up to $142,665 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading

About the Role
NSW Soil Conservation Service is recruiting for a range of ongoing and temporary full-time Grade 9/10 opportunities across NSW.

These roles offer the opportunity to lead complex environmental projects and programs, improve business performance, manage QHSE systems, and support high-quality service delivery in a commercial, client-focused environment.

Depending on the vacancy, you may lead teams and contractors, manage project planning and delivery, oversee budgets, procurement and reporting, prepare technical or business documentation, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help ensure work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality and governance standards.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement by strengthening systems, processes, compliance, risk management and customer outcomes across projects, programs and business operations.
