About the role

As a Project Officer, you will support the delivery of a range of projects that contribute to policy development, operational improvement, and legislative reform.

You will work within established project frameworks to ensure activities are well-coordinated, well-documented, and delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Key focus areas include:

• Supporting end-to-end project planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting
• Preparing briefs, reports, and documentation to support informed decision-making
• Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring effective information management
• Translating legislation and policy into clear, practical operational procedures
• Undertaking research and analysis to inform improvements and recommendations
• Supporting the review of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinating stakeholder engagement, meetings, and working groups
