About the Role
The Statewide Coordinator – Business Operations provides strategic leadership and expert advice to optimise business processes and administrative services across Child Safety and Youth Justice. The role ensures consistency, efficiency and compliance in statewide operations, including finance, procurement, asset management and human resources.
This position leads the development and implementation of business improvement initiatives, policies and systems that enhance organisational performance. It drives innovation and fosters collaboration across regions and service areas to deliver sustainable improvements aligned with departmental goals and values.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience working in similar roles.
