The Team
Join a dedicated and highly supportive multidisciplinary team working with young people to support reengagement in years 11-12. You’ll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment that values shared expertise, professional growth, and reflective practice. The role combines purposeful case management with community-based outreach, supported by access to government vehicles, ongoing professional learning, supervision, and access to a comprehensive staff wellbeing program. If you’re motivated by relationship-based practice, enjoy working creatively to solve complex challenges, and want to be part of a team that celebrates every young person’s progress, Back on Track offers rewarding work with lasting impact.
About the Role
