About the role  

The Change Analyst Role will be involved with developing the communications for the change and engagement plan, stakeholder engagement, assist with training, understanding current and future HR processes across the employee lifecycle and developing user guides, The Change Analyst will play a critical role to ensure that business impacts are captured and clearly articulated at project inception to provide traceability through aligned scope and outcomes. 

The role will report into the Change & Transformation Lead within the HRIS Workday Program but will work closely with the relevant Stream Leads across the Program including HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Learning, Compensation and Absence. 

This role is offered on a temporary full-time contract until October 2025 and will be based in St Leonards, NSW with Flexible Working Arrangements.
