This position provides statewide leadership for workforce development, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Second Chance Reentry Centers, and Arizona Correctional Industries (ACI) workforce credentialing initiatives. Directs the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workforce pathways that prepare incarcerated and reentering individuals for employment, economic mobility, and successful reintegration. Exercises statewide operational oversight of ACI training programs, CTE instruction, SCC service delivery, and employer-aligned credentialing. Collaborates with employers, workforce agencies, educational institutions, community partners, and governmental agencies to ensure programs meet labor market demands, comply with statutory requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes.
